Business Development Manager – Job Description

Who are Inboxx?

After 2 very successful initial years for STRAIGHTIN, we identified a gap in the market and our client’s
strategies that led to the creation of INBOXX our email marketing sister company. INBOXX offers email
marketing campaigns to B2B businesses for clients of straightin and their own client base.

Now a growing success in its own right, Inboxx has been quietly growing its global client base to bring
phenomenal results in email marketing and is now looking for a new executive to join the team!

As a Business Development Manager you will be aiding the growth and development of our client base.
Helping to acquire new clients and explain how we can enhance their sales and marketing strategies!

We’ve spent the last 12 months solidifying our service and operational team, and now we are looking for
someone who can see themselves becoming the company Sales Manager within the next 6-12 months.

What will you be doing?

As a BDM your job is to make as much money as you can for yourself and us! You will be selling the
concept of Inboxx, with some of your daily tasks including….

Market research
Full sales calls
Lead generation when necessary
Managing warm leads passed to you
Coaching junior SDRs
Presenting case studies and data to potential clients
Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
Working towards fixed daily and Monthly targets
Working in a fast paced sales environment

Who are you?

We’re looking for experienced, driven and confidential salespeople to join the team and inject some energy into
our current team….
Proven track record of exceeding targets
2-3 years of full sales experience (preferably B2B)
Confidence in carrying out the full sales cycle
Huge drive for success
Money Motivated
Looking to be part of a growing success story
Confident managing their own day
Experience generating their own leads
